Questions
Can recruiters or staffing agencies search for me?
No. Only verified clinics, hospitals and shelters search the pool, always against one of their own posts. Relief agencies have a separate tier and see you only if you switch on “visible to relief agencies”.
Will my employer find out I’m looking?
Not through us. With a current employer on your profile you’re hidden from them and their group by default, everywhere on the board.
Who sees my minimum pay?
Nobody. It’s used only to match you. You can choose to share it when you accept an employer’s request.
How are employers verified?
Clinics: a staff veterinarian’s licence matched to the state board record, then a urSynergy review. Shelters: the IRS tax-exempt list. Kennels and boarding businesses: a urSynergy review, and only for technician and support roles.
Are there placement fees?
Not for urVetMD clinics or shelters. Clinics not on urVetMD pay a higher post rate and a fee when they hire.
Can reviews be faked?
A review needs a real visit on record. Employer reviews come only from current or former staff and are anonymous to the employer — always.
